Between 1989 and 1999, he helped found and grow Custom House Asset Management Limited, an independent adviser and administrator to third party investment funds in the Dublin International Financial Services Centre. More recently, Philip Reid has acted as a consultant to Insinger de Beaufort, the Anglo-Dutch investment bank.

John Bridges

John brings a wealth of experience to the Group. He has been involved in the City since 1959 and has an extensive background in institutional stock broking and corporate finance. He was involved in the first OFEX (now PLUS) float in 1995 and has been involved in many subsequently. John is also a director of OCF and will be spearheading the PLUS activities. During his career, John has worked with a number of leading City institutions.

Martin Corrie

Martin trained with Price Waterhouse and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979. In 1981, following a year's work in Egypt, he left and between 1981 and 1987 worked for Bankers Trust Company, Merrill Lynch International Bank and Barclays Broker Services.

He started his own accountancy practice in 1987 and in 1990 he became a partner in Hicks and Company. In 1992, he became a founding director of Lyndhurst Financial Management Ltd and since June 1999 has been a Director of I-Financial Services Group PLC. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is authorised by the FSA to provide investment advice. He is responsible for regulatory compliance within the I-Financial Services Group PLC.

Geoff Newman

Geoff has spent over thirty years in the banking and securities industry where he has led both large and small businesses. Having worked for Chase Manhattan Bank, BZW and Barclays Stockbrokers Geoff became consultant to some of the UK's largest fund management companies. As Chief Operating Officer of I-FSG he is responsible for Group development as well as ensuring systems and processes are in place to support our operating companies.

Ravinder Sikand

Ravinder is actively involved in a number of public and private corporate finance transactions, and specialises in growth companies. He has a broad range of experiences, having worked in venture capital and operated businesses as well as consulted to a variety of blue chip companies and government organisations. He has a depth of international experience, having worked in a number of geographies including US, Australia, India and Africa. He has a bachelors in Economics and an MBA.

John Findlater FCA

An experienced analyst with over 35 years experience of researching small and medium sized companies in all aspects of their business. These skills have been developed against a stockbroking and corporate finance background.

Richard Muir-Simpson

Richard Muir-Simpson, Ll.B. CA graduated from Sheffield University and qualified as a Scottish CA with Coppers and Lybrand (now PwC). After qualifying, he has worked in both the commercial sector and the financial markets. Specifically, he has been the Financial Director of a variety of companies including a North Sea Service company, a food manufacturer and a company producing sophisticated signal processing equipment (effected a listing on PLUS Markets). In the financial sector, he worked for a top-ranked research-based stockbroker, 2 institutional venture capital houses and a corporate venturing company which he listed on AIM.

	Philip Reid Philip has considerable experience in developing quoted companies by identifying, acquiring and making investments in a wide range of businesses, most recently with Mavinwood PLC where he is the non executive chairman as well as Newmarket Investment PLC and Harbinger Capital PLC where he is executive chairman.
